Product Overview
The O-ring is used to prevent the leakage of vapors and are seated in a groove and compressed between two or more parts thereby creating a seal at the interface. They are used as rubber seals in medical equipment. EPDM rubber (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is one of the most popular types of synthetic rubber. EPDM rubber is an elastomer a high-density rubber that is very durable and has a wide range of applications. It has dynamic and mechanical properties and acts as an excellent leak barrier for medical equipment. In anesthesia machines, O-rings are used for the High Performance Module Display Unit (HPDU) case fan kit by eliminating any leakage.
