The regulator consists of adjusting screws, locknut, bonnet, spring cap and spring, diaphragm assembly, valve cartridge, Viton seal at the end. The regulated pressure decreases with increase in the flow demand. The regulator does not leak at the Optimal operating ranges. Regulator's audible levels does not go beyond 53db (a), which is as less as the sound made by a hair dryer. It works perfectly between the temperature ranges from 5 to 40 degree Celsius. The regulator is used in Aestiva Machine and Aestiva Compact. The regulator is RoHS compliant. The materials used to manufacture the regulator has been reviewed for conformance to human medical requirements within FDA, USP, CSA and ISO codes.
