Product Overview
The Roller is designed to act as an outer cover for the bearing. It is made up of Nylon 12 G or Nylon 101 Type 6/6 material which is an extruded form of polyamide, offers rigidity, strength, wear and heat resistance up to 210° F. This material is characterized as having an excellent combination of physical properties such as high melting point, resistant to repeated impact, low co-efficient of friction and a resistance to abrasion. Also, it has good resistance to fuels, lubricants and most chemicals. This kind of rollers are mostly used in wheels, hence while moving the roller protects the bearing in direct contact with the surface thus eliminates friction. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The part is diligently designed for high performance and reliability. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
