Product Overview
The Front Door is a custom designed cover or door that is assembled with upper chassis of an anesthesia machine. The part is made up of a high quality material that is 33% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 612 resin, these flexible polymers have excellent thermal, chemical and hydrolysis resistant properties, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. This product, due to its excellent tensile strength and hardness are suitable for many demanding applications. The manufacturing process used helps to achieve very good product consistency and high dimensional accuracy, which ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. It is used in many systems such as MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer, ARC Aestiva 7100, ARC Aestiva 3000, ARC Monitor CardioCap 5, ARC Aestiva MRI and ARC Aisys, among others.
